Dog owners in and around Quesada

Would anyone be interested if we started a group of dog friendly people who want to have their dog looked after for short periods (trips back to uk?) in exchange for doing the same for someone else? It works well in uk with website Borrow my Doggie! We have spaniel who's very friendly with other dogs but we prefer if he is looked after in home environment, rather than kennels. We would be happy to look after someone else's dog whilst they went away for a couple of weeks.
Will await response, to see if this is a viable alternative to kennels in the area.
Regards Hilary

Wow! Hilary! This is just what we have been looking for! We dont go back to UK very often especially now we have our 94 year old mum living with us but she does go into respite occasionally and then we can get away! Our dog is a mixed breed (mostly a Parsons terrier we think) a real lively, friendly to all character of 10 years old. We live in a finca at Daya Vieja and have a big secure garden. There is a nice circuit walk round the campo which we use, but we never let Mikki off the lead as we have learnt better on many occasions as he is prone to running away to explore! We all love dogs here and to have another to look after with the permanent tie would be wonderful! We frequently come to Quesada as we used to live on Dona Pepa II and know the area well. Looking forward to your reply!

Azur what a great idea. We would love to join the group. We have two small Lhasa Apsos and live in Quesada.

What a wonderful idea we have a labradoodle called Dolly and she has never been in a kennel except on the ferry over here, it wasn't a nice experience for her or us so this is a lovely thing that could happen. We would be delighted to be part of this. we live in Quesada near the golf course and right beside the el recoral so ideal for walking the doggies.
Please keep us informed of any developments. Thanks.

I was only talking about the same thing last week. A dog sitting circle and friendship group. We have a lady Bichon/Maltese and would be very interested to join. Please keep me updated! We live in Lo Crispin.

Hi Hilary
We have a small Spanish rescued dog for 3 years. I always concerned if I think she may have to go to kennels.
I would be interested in your new group, due back La Marina early November.
Regards Sharon

Hi Hilary,
What a great idea, we have a springer and yorkie who are very friendly, we would be interested in this.
We are in Marquesa beside the golf course.
Keep us in the loop and if you need anything to help set this up we would be willing to help.
Regards

Lance & Linda

Hi Hillary have you formed a group of members willing to swapsies?
I have just spent the last few days seeking a dog minder.
My dog is a nervous soul but settles in quickly with the right people
and Im sure all in the group would be doggy lovers .
I have to go to the UK in the next few weeks it would be great if
we could arrange a deal.
