Hi there,

I am looking to purchase a property in the Rojales/benijofar area upto 15km radius from there.

Have seen a few properties in Algorfa and was just wondering what it is like to live in that area - eg. facilities such as shops, medical, things to do etc..

Also there seem to be a few urbanisations - Montebello, Montemar. Is it best to purchase on an urbanisation or in the town itself.

Any information will be greatfully received.

If you are going to have your own Transport then Montebello and other Urbanisations nearby would be a good place to buy but if you have to rely on Public Transport then Agorfa Town would be better as there are Buses to various areas. There aren't many Buses in Quesada or nearby but some from Rojales.

Anything else is working here except buses, I mean taxi or railway transport?

can someone tell me what is the construction work that is going on by the cecelia apartment blocks.

I have seen some properties in that residencia but just curios as to what is going up around them

Hi James I have a villa for sale in benimar. Very quiet area close to shops, restaurants, bars.

I think a villa would be above my price range Tom. But thanks for mentioning .
