Try La Fiesta, it is near to good walking areas, and the Recorral park which is a very sociable area for dog owners, and people of all nationalities. We have two dogs and would be glad to show you around, if you contact us when you are here. Some of the views over the salt lakes and Mediteranean, are quite spectacular from parts of La Fiesta as well.

They're all pet friendly - too pet friendly in my opinion!
The pavements in Lo Marabu are disgusting. Dog crap everywhere. Can't understand why owners allow their dogs to use the pavements and don't clean it up. Also there is plenty of wasteland where they could go.

I'm sure you aren't like this and wish you luck with your search.

With respect, and I understand your annoyance martinwilliams, please lets keep this on topic for what it is, as every time we have a topic about dogs this happens and this is a very helpful topic for many dogs owners.

I am not a dog owner but I think any dog owners deserve to ask questions without the topic being turned into a 'dog mess' debate. As you have implied there are many responsible dog owners around and a few who spoil it for the many...but back on topic please....and no joining in anyone, Thank you.

Dog friendly areas please!

Jan

Dear Pkpk,
Thank you so much for your considerate reply.
I love animals but am clearly irritated by this.
I live in Quesada full time and don't like to see the streets like this.
I feel so ashamed when we have guests over and they witness this - i don't want them going back to the UK & telling people the area is a tip.

Anyway, enough said. Rant over from me. I'll open any more discussion up in a new topic if need be.

Sorry Jan - but it's not nice to see & i'm just trying to warn people of the big picture.
