Hi from some new arrivals!

My name is Shane and I have recently had the opportunity, along with my Spanish wife, to come and live in the sun!
There's some information I'd like to put out there as we are new to the area and live currently in Dolores.
I am hoping to find a little bit of work to keep me occupied and will happily try any kind of work, whilst improving my Spanish along the way! We do understand though that finding employment is not easy....
Also, in readiness for the new football season in August (yes I can hear the groans) if anyone knows of bars that show the English Championship I would be happy to meet up and buy a beer or two.
We have a car so can move about easily as I have a kind of built in Sat Nav in my head.
All information will be really gratefully received with thanks.
