Many people like the area but accept that a car is really essential also amenities are few. But the advantage is lower prices for property and a quiet lifestyle. Not for all but neither are busy areas for all. Check out and see yourself.

We have just bought on Lo Crispin, ours and four other detached houses were sold before they were given to an agent. It is a really nice, well cared for Urb and we love it. :D

Lo Crispin is a very nice urbanisation with lovely houses but the problem with it is there is nothing there except 2 bars, you can't buy a loaf of bread or a pint of milk unless your drive into Quasada which is your nearest place if you don't drive you will have a problem, the estate agent who said you can walk to Benijofar in 20mins ask him to do it in that time,if I was you I would rent there for a couple of months and see for your self.

Good luck with your move to Lo Crispin.
There is always a taxi alternative I guess, but how often would you like to go to Benijofar but at least you could have a drink.
I was wondering if the tap water is drinkable at Lo Crispin?

Wrong Drama Queen. Houses in Lo Crispin sell very well and at a good price. We moved here to get away from the traffic/tourist/noise king of life. Here is lovely and tranquil but within easy access of shops, bars etc if that's what you want.

Totally agree, there are some places in Quesada where you would have to drive further than us to get to a shop. The petrol station is walkable for an emergency pint of milk.

Stephanie and Gucci are right , I had someone knock on my door asking to buy as 2 they looked at on my street had sold really quickly. The couple have bought on the next street down. I think it’s a place you love or hate. I love it. 14 year ago I looked and thought definately not for me but on looking again last year I sold my townhouse and bought a lovely detached here as a holiday home. We have done some great walks from Lo crispin. We do not potter around the house much at all but neither do we want to sit in a local bar for very long. It is a great location to get out and about from, yet peaceful to go back to.

We did buy and don’t regret it at all (except for the exchange rate). Am here alone and waiting for husband to join as he has less holidays and I feel totally safe. Our daughter lives in Elche and we have friends in Torrevieja so the accessibility to everywhere is great. The only improvement would be a tapas bar and shop on the ‘undeveloped development’ !

It is a nice place, Isolated, Quiet, Captive audience for the bars, Located between 745 and the 905, so good access if you drive, BUT

Don't be ruled by your heart !!!

In the nicest possible way,,, Use your head and look else where ........

Plus the agent has already mislead you ! easy walk, MY AR,,

Good luck

The house just through the arches on the left went in a month if not shorter. The house I bought was not on the market for long.

Benijofar is not walking distance I drive regularly as you have Hamilton's Cafe/Bakery and lovely Spanish bars and cafes in the high street.

Masymas Lidl and Mercadonna are just outside of the estate but for food shopping you need a car.

I was really nervous moving here on my own but I love it as everyone is so friendly.

Why dont you go on Google Earth and take a look around the area from there.

If you want to pm me and talk by phone I can call you and you can ask your questions and I can answer as best I can. You can then say what you want to get out of your home.

I am not an estate agent I just know how daunting it is to move.

Also if you have a dog I am looking after them at my home on the urbanization when people require a dog sitter.
