You really should rent first, for at least 6 months. It's a major change of lifestyle and not for everyone. Once you've bought you've more or less burnt your bridges as the property market is slow over here.

Plus it gives you time to explore different areas and view properties at your leisure, in addition to sorting out all the other things that need to be done.

i have had a property in Quesada for 11 years now and still love it hope to retire soon and make it permanent so for me over the years I call only say it been a joy and love the place go for it you will never look back

I can't wait to get packing. I have spent some amazing holidays in Quesada now I'm going to make it my home. Any more tips please let me know x
