Looking for advice - potential move from Southern Spain

Looking for some advice if possible. We are contemplating moving from southern Spain with our 11 year old daughter after being here for 8 years. I am looking to move as the secondary education here is not great and was wondering if anyone has put their children through secondary school in Quesada and for their opinion.
Also what are the job opportunities like? We are both from a sales background but are quite happy to turn our hand to anything.
