Hello well i have tried all the ways i can think of to contact this lady, it is very difficult to find out whereabouts the nursing homes are located, if anyone would like to assist me on a greater level you could contact me and i really need a person on the ground to do the detective or telephone calling for me i will of course reimburse any sensible expenses involved to locate Joyce.
