Hi all,
my wife and I are due to complete on a small holiday home in Quesada in March and wanted to introduce ourselves and say thanks for some of the invaluable info we have had from the forum since joining a few weeks ago. I won't lie but we will probably have quite a few questions to come as we are first time buyers abroad and have to fix up and furnish the place so hope we don't annoy people before we have even got out there lol.
regards
Lee and Susan

Please post any questions you may have. There are no questions too small, nor are there any daft questions... If you don't know, please ask. Someone will know the answer, many of us have lived here many years and gone through all you are experiencing..
Please don't be shy, ask away....

Hi Lee and Susan,
A warm (literally) welcome to you both when you can get out.
When you do, come and see us at the Expat centre and have a coffee and some home made cake.
Between us, we should be able to answer all your questions from residencia to wills, car insurance to tax, driving licences to padron.
The Expat Centre, Calle De Villena, 12 Urb Dona Pepa Cuidad Quesada
Just around the corner from the Laguna hotel.
Good luck
Kind regards
Paul Blackmoore

Hi lee and Susan. We have also just agree the purchase of a property in Quesada this week. Probably completing around the same time as you. Once the travel and quarantine restrictions are lifted and we can get across,it would be good to compare our experiences and who knows maybe a glass of wine to celebrate.
Congratulations and best regards.
