Good afternoon everyone and thanks for letting mr join your group . We have seen a apartment for sale in Calle Thader Quesdada . Someone wrote that it’s know as little Beirut and lots of trouble in that area . If anyone knows the area well can you please let me know if this is True ? Thank you again

There has, over time, been considerable ‘bad press’, with that area but, as with all places, it’s best to look at the area yourself. I would advise you make several visits at different times of the day. You’ll get to see your prospective ‘neighbours’ and, can form you own opinion.

No different to anywhere else, u get good and bad, every place can tell u something bad that’s happened. Bad can always move away and return to any area. So, pick ur spot, buy it, and enjoy it. Good luck in your search.

Hi, we live in Calle Costa Canaria right at the top by Harry’s Bar have lived heard for over 8 years and we love it. We haven’t had any trouble, you will probably find that the people who rubbish the area don’t even live nearby

Hey thank you . It is an apartment at the top just by Harry’s bar .

I know the block you mean, it is beautifully kept, we are to the left just around the lip of the valley, I know there are children that live there and if they come to play in our car park we ask them politely to leave and they do, no nasty remarks nothing. Depending where you are in the block the views are amazing.
