Greetings from a fellow West Ham supporting family! We have a holiday home in Dona Pepa and over several years have tried to locate a 'go to' bar where you will definitely be able to see West Ham games, I have to say its still work in progress for me, so I would be glad to hear of your experiences. In my own, there are 100s of bars showing premier league games and many will have a list of games on a chalk board outside as they may not have access to all of the channels depending what is being broadcast where. The problem I have always have is that I don't want to go to a bar for a few beers whilst watching whatever game happens to be showing. A West Ham game, as you will know, requires the whole day to be built around timings and finding the right screen and bar , so the disappointment is massive if the channels get changed late on to accomodate the majority of customers. If there are only a couple of games being played then you are fine, but today you have an extreme case where 10 games kick off at the same time, I only know one bar that has 10 different screens and the ability to show a different match on each screen, and that is a bit of a drive to Villamartin. I much prefer to give my custom to the local bars in and around Quesada but on some occasions due to the above I have sometimes ended up watching a game at home or plead with my wife to drive us to Villamartin! That's a real drag and my quest for a West Ham sympathetic bar owner in Quesada will go on. If you are stuck for today, you could look at the Hub Sports Bar in Villamartin, they take the football coverage very seriously and have more than 10 screens (mixture of inside and out), the owner labels each screen with the game it will show, and the large projector screen with sound volume priority will be given to the biggest game of the day. Owner is a ManU fan, but that doesn't bias his choices. If we are playing ManU, then without a doubt head to Coopers as it get packed with ManU fans and you can enjoy the 'away fan' atmosphere
I do apologise if I am doing a disservice to any local bars that I have not actually been to and I have taken note of the bars in Benimar that have been kindly posted below as I have not been to those. At the time of my last trip, 12 months ago I had been to the majority of Quesada bars, so I thought I would offer up my very specific West Ham supporting experiences. Please do pass on tips as your knowledge will quickly surpass my own. Good Luck....
