One small question, how do I read the 44448 new messages quickly?

Just click on the "mark all forums read". You'll only see the new ones next time you login.

You can't possibly read 44,448 messages quickly..


I click on the left, NEW POSTS and read those every day, but if I want to read up on something else, just do a "search" (top right) for it...

Good one, If you remove the 1000 posts regarding arguments about brexit. 200 different threads about if and where to get jabbed, and 1000 about smoking and dog poop. Oh and don't forget them that answer " I dont know the answer to that, maybe someone will" You'll be left with 448 really informative posts. Read them them then new posts will reset


Just remember to search first, before posting a question otherwise you'll be crucified, and whoa betide if you forget to put a price on a for sale post.

Seriously though, Talk Quesada is always my first port of call when looking for information. You will soon find out the members who post great info. Too many to mention but being honest I normally check to see if Marcilff has posted on a particular subject. He always gives clear and in my opinion good answers.

Thanks for the advice, did notice when I just logged in, most of the 44448 had vanished into the either, only 4 pages now left to read!

Followed the above advice.
Read through the four pages of new posts, two pages seemed to be from someone clearing out their house!
Then marked everything as read, logged out, then back in.
No new posts at all!
