Hi Tony
Thank you for your words of advice. There is certainly a lotto lok into and research which we have been doing. No great show stoppers for as we have covered all areas. Its just finding a reputable solicitor to handle it all for us. I believe my wife will be working remotley so thers a possibility pf a NOMAD visa. Not sure if Spain has taken it onboard but I will be looking into it.

Thanks again
Ian

You may have to look further into the Nomad Visa, Spain did announce something some time ago, but it was only available in certain extremely remote areas.
Make sure when you visit you view other surrounding areas.
Our plan was to buy in Quesada, but we fell in love with El Raso. There’s so many lovely areas around Quesada

As far as the area is concerned you're pretty much going to be in a comfortable ex pat area. Lawyers, trust only one in my opinion, SGM Abogados in Benijófar, next to Ciudad Quesada. Good luck with your next life chapter.
