Hi, just moved to Guardamar for 8 months and interested in meeting people to catch up with. I am learning the language but sometimes it would be nice to just speak in English or Dutch. I am keen to explore some of the local villages and cities (day trips), sight seeing combined with some lunch or drinks, museums, hiking, walking, beach, finding nice eating places or even cooking for small groups. Anybody out there who also craves company every now and then?

Hi Lilian, im a single lady 56 considering moving to cuidad Quesada, but need to line a job up but still undecided, im obviously not as brave as yourself, as still no sure but im hoping to come over around 21 Nov for a few days looking for work, but if Guardamar isn't too far away would like to meet up as I too love Live music Beach, wine and much more if I DO come over would love to meet up and get your opinion on moving over, as a single women hopefully see you soon Lillian sue x

That sounds great Sue, would love to catch up and spend a while. Ciudad Quesada is only 6kms from here and I have a rental car all the time anyway. If you have any questions in advance let me know.

cant get week commencing 21 Nov off from work there going to let me know what dates I can have, what is your opinion on living there albeit for 8 months will you be going home after the 8 months im thinking of coming for 3-6 months see how I feel and if I like it, but how are you finding it up to now are you renting a place sorry not being nosey more inquisitive so hope you don't mind sue x
