Just a thought? When we do leave the EU would the diferent countries within the EU be able to negotiate free movement for the UK people say in Spain, or will Brussels say a big no?

I flew from Palma to Alicante yesterday and realised no passport checking at the airport. I have a UK passport. Surely that will have to change. Who pays for that?

Palma to Alicante is an internal flight. Why would they check passports? You don't go through passport control if you fly London to Edinburgh or New York to San Francisco either.

They will do when you first enter Spain. Not when you are already here, though. They won't do passport checks for internal flights no matter the nationality. I've flown Chicago to Las Vegas, Atlanta to Miami and several other routes without it being checked. Flying from UK to Palma then they will check your passport. Flying Palma to Alicante then, no, they won't.

Why shouldn't they, remaining in the EU is the outcome 68% of them voted for. Just a bit more decisive than the brexit 51.9%.

why won't people realise that we are going to leave the eu.travel around europe is not going to be affected,i have private health care so that doesn't bother me and the euro/pound are always going to go up and down so take the good with the bad and if you can't afford to live in spain you haven't got a hope in hell of being able to afford living in england

Except I already paid my medical cover in UK, it was called NHS contributions. Glad you can afford private cover whiskybob, not everyone can. Of course travel around Europe will be affected, border controls will be much more restrictive, relocating will be more difficult.

not for the english,what about pre 70's people travelled europe and relocated in other countries.life didn't begin in the eu we coped out the eu and we will again.just make sure you are ready for it
