I see we are playing a game of spot the sock puppet again.
Re the last post. What about the 12 billion (yes, billion) pounds the UK spent on an NHS computer system before scrapping it?
Or the estimated 46 billion quid on cutting the train journey time to Birmingham by 20 minutes with HS2?
The Advanced Passenger Information System which cost UK over £420 million before being scrapped after dozens of delays?
The Surrey Criminal Evidence Logging system that was scrapped as not fit for purpose after costing 14.8 million quid?
How many hospital beds could have been provided with that lot?
ON the other hand, the road system and bypass built in the Brecon region of S Wales is a marvellous improvement to that area and built by EU funding. The reason you can now drink the water in the south of Spain is due to EU funding.
Dead easy to come up with waste but look nearer home to find real waste.
Still, the vote was for out. I think people should accept it and make the most of it. Let's hope the deal the UK gets will be beneficial to those in UK and those living in Europe.

It must be wonderful to be well off and have no money worries hob goblin. Some people do things which are right but not necessarily beneficial to themselves. I'm all right Jack isn't everbodies attitude. I think you have a very selfish attitude.
