Does anyone know if Matt is back in the office yet or if he has a secretary yet as he is still holding all of our original car documents and he is very difficult to contact.

I note that no one has come back to me yet regarding this. We have been waiting for six months for our car documents. He has been avoiding all emails and calls from ourselves and others who have tried to contact him on our behalf. We are absolutely disgusted with his services (or lack of). We still haven't got our car documents and don't know if he has actually transferred the car to ourselves despite the fact that he has had our money.

Has anyone else had any problems with him?

why not go down to his office?

He hasn't got a secretary yet but I managed to catch him yesterday it was about 5.45 and he had just got back into the office after being out all day.

So I would agree with whiskybob and pop into the office sometimes it's better to catch someone unawares as opposed to keep ringing and emaiing them their unable to blank you then!!!

Nothing unusual in "no reply" the office is usually closed as well. But great for wills if you can catch him

Avoid this company like the plague. He makes lots of promises but once he has your money you end up continually chasing him. I had my own business in U.K.dealing with public for over 30 years and if I performed like Matt I would have gone skint.
Surprised he is still operating. Bet you did not get a receipt !
