Hi can anyone give me some advice? My sister moved to valencia last week. She has a 2 bed apartment in the city centre. The building is old and has 4 storeys (not sure all this info is relevant but thought I'd give as much information as possible). She has bought a new smart tv and box but can't get any picture or sound. She says there is an ariel installed. She wants Spanish tv channels. Can anyone help with a possible solution to her problem?

She'd have to retune it to the frequencies used there. If there's an aerial then it should simply be choose the right input (TV?) and perform a digital scan. If nothing comes up then maybe the aerial isn't connected properly.
The options should be under the menu.
