We are British residents who drive to Rojales Hills, usually 3 times per year stopping for roughly 2 months each time. We usually have 3 stops on the way, in the colder months we use hotels, but in the warmer months we stop and rent a chalet at campsites. We use Yelloh Village, and Sandaya campsites, and there is plenty to choose from (Yelloh Village have 95 campsites in France alone). Both companies have websites for you to browse or book on, but they are not taking bookings at this moment in time.

We normally break up our drive from either Bilbao or Santander to Quesada just once, stopping overnight outside Madrid in a hotel. We have a ferry booked for the summer and this time will either drive straight through or camp at one of the campsites. I was looking into it yesterday and some campsites started to reopen this week.
