Final update on this. We eventually received letters from Rojales Ayuntamiento requesting that we renew our padrons, which we have now done. Went to the town hall, made an appointment for the following day then went back and renewed them. Apparently required once every two years. Haven't got round to going to the salud for temporary SIPs yet but will do in due course.
