Talk Quesada forum

Hi everyone,

TalkQuesada is becoming extremely popular, which is great for all of us, however this could occasionally result in our members receiving unsolicited/uninvited emails or private messages touting for business or offering services through the TalkQuesada message system.

Just want to make everyone aware that we do not allow any person or business to use this forum for touting for business and/or free 'advertising'.

When any of us ask for a recommendation on the forum, for someone to do a service, this means 'recommendation' and it is not an invite for any business or person to contact our members personally about their business or themselves.

Also any recommendations by our members should go on the forum as posts to help everyone and not through the message system.

Only registered members can use the personal private message system and no email addresses are ever shown. Therefore if you should ever receive this kind of message/email through the forum message system, for any reason whatsoever, please send it on as a forward to us to let us know on [email protected]
and we will deal with it personally, with the member who sent it, to stop it happening again.

Reminder. Any private messages or emails offering services that you may receive such as insurances and tradesmen etc are not recommendations.They are unsolicited messages if you haven't asked for them.

Please do your own research of companies and get your own quotes, if necessary, from the recommendations that are openly placed on the forum by our established members for all to see.

We sometimes have Spammers/Trolls masquerading as genuine members on our forums (as do all forums unfortunately) - We always remove their posts and ban them immediately we are aware.

However if you should ever receive any email or private message that you are not expecting, or have not asked for, please Send or Fwd it to [email protected] and we will deal with it and ban the person who sent it. This is one of the ways to ensure that these people are weeded out...even those sending seemingly innocent advertising through the forum message system are acting fraudulently by sending unsolicited messages - Unless they have been requested by you to send it.

Those who ask for recommendations on the forum should not expect to be sent emails or messages from companies or Tradesman...these are not recommendations but are unsolicited messages invading your private space.
