We are having a problem at the moment where our website emails are going to spam/junk folders for certain users, mainly those with a hotmail/msn/outlook/live email address.

This will hopefully be fixed soon, in the meantime please check your junk folder and mark the email as "not spam" and add the email address to your contacts.

Have checked folders ,but sadly no luck

No emails for over a week, not in junk or spam just nothing

Still no luck unfortunately
