Good idea - We may start removing posts without notice, where the correct information is not clearly in the title at the point of sale. (Except for new members who just need to get familiar with the forum)

For those few who do not quite understand the problem, think about this:
Someone just puts "Heaters" in the title box - It could be heaters for sale, it could be heaters wanted, it could be asking for information/advice about the best heaters, it could be where to buy heaters (although there is a separate forum for "where to buy") or it could be someone giving advice on heaters.

Theoretically if these topics are in the correct forums it is easier to see what they might be about but not everyone puts topics in the correct forum, so we can't rely on that.

There are many topics added every day and it is so much easier for our members to scroll through topics looking at the titles only before deciding to open and view certain topics that are relevant to them.

We always understand that new members need time to get used to the forum, as all forums are different and we are always here to help all new members and also have help topics on our home page.

Also we often change the titles ourselves to help new members but this would be a mammoth task to do to all wrongly titled topics every day.

There are still topics coming on the forum without descriptive titles such as for sale etc etc.

These will be now be removed if they are not edited after posting.

We have been editing titles again that just say wanted or for sale. It is very time consuming for Admin.

PLEASE PLEASE put a descriptive title like "for sale Bike" or Wanted Bike"

Just writing For Sale or Wanted is not only lazy but unhelpful to the members browsing the list of for sale topics.

Also having no description takes longer for an item to sell or get answers on wanted topics.

Don’t forget the pictures of the item for sale Jan. no excuse these days for no picture.
