All open here but I would recommend you read the daily updates which you can search for and also just look back on here for relevant posts. Infections rates are low here but that does not mean there isn't any so you need to adhere to the guidelines. Also look at the N332 website which is a good source of information.

No need to bring anything, Bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets all open even shopping centres
The rates of infection are far lower than anywhere in the UK and probably the lowest in spain
No areas in lockdown unless you’re travelling to Catalonia but nowhere in lockdown anywhere near Quesada
