Hi guys I know I have seen this before on the forum but can't find it, looking for a restaurant that will make me a paella for around 10/12 People.

I thnk I saw someone taking one away from Goyos. The paella always looks lovely when I see them being eaten in there and they always ask that it be ordered in advance...worth a try!

Yes, you can order from Goyos. They charge a deposit on the paella pans (5 euros I think), which you get back when you bring the pans back Goyos is opposite the Quesada Ayuntamiento. See their website for choices

I made my first paella the other day using an adapted version of this simple recipe. Most of it can be prepared beforehand and only takes about 30-45 minutes at the end to cook. Note a mug in this recipe is 250ml.
