We get a lot of garden waste in our bins causing them to fill up very quickley also a few of lazy people send their children who cannot open the lid so dump on the ground near the bit or in one of the small bins for dog bags so you have food waste in these small bins for days on end feel sorry for the people with the bin outside their gate i try to keep tidy buy why should people clear away the mess of lazy holiday makers

The e-mail address for Jose Ramon is [email protected]. This is the common e-mail address for the municipal centre in Quesada.
Just address it to him in the body of the text.
I have also forwarded my e-mail to the Councillor, Derek Monks whose e-mail address is [email protected]

Thanks JohnES
I’ll drop both of them an email.
Also I’m glad someone takes notice of what I am putting on the forum as we were talking about moving bins not how many times they are emptied.
Cheers for your help.

BIt harsh casa. JohnES responded to your point exactly even stating that he’d sent an email. I also agreed with you but asked for the email address and also if it would be the same person to complain to about overflowing bin. As is often the case this was picked up. However your post and it’s satisfactoriy outcome I.e. correct email address was not ignored

Some good news. I have had a reply from Derek Monks to say that the move was only temporary and the bins will be moved back to their original place later this week.

Not so great news. The recycling bins have not been moved from the bottom of C/ Las Mimosas back to the car park.
No work has been done on the car park which would be the only reason to move the bins on a temporary basis.
It could be that the owner no longer wants the bins on his land and the council have decided to place them on the road.
I have sent another e-mail to Derek Monks stressing that these bins are too close to the end of the street and two of them are on the pedestrian crossing. It needs as many people as possible to send in e-mails about this problem.

Hi JohnES
I completely agree these bins have to be removed as they are a safety issue for pedestrians and motorists
