Sorry to hear this Rob, it's very sad but it's a sign of our times. We should be cautious where ever we are these days. I heard a similar thing happening in UK Supermarket car parks', where someone in a car asks directions as a woman is loading her car with shopping. As she turns to help, an accomplice (who had been standing near the cash desk as she paid by credit card and noted her pin number) grabs her bag...you can guess the rest ! It's important that we shield our pin number carefully when paying. I can't believe how many times I have seen someone inputting their pin number without shielding it, while people are behind them.
