I,m sorry gillian, a lot of the above is down to foreign corrupt government officals not sending the aid down to its citizens and allowing them live in poverty, as for clean water, that's a laugh, When I was a child 1960,sThe program Blue Peter were asking viewers to donate funds to dig water wells in Africa, and fifty years later theres still appeals,the country must be like a sieve , not long ago there was an article in the paper saying , some ruler in a African country was stopping in London with his entourage costing 5k + pp nightly , and the country had just received 25million in british forgein aid ,He,s Alright jack attitude at his country mans expense were the daily wage was a £1.
