Just to warn anyone looking at purchasing household items from SKLUM.... Don’t!
I ordered a corner sofa online... with a chaise to the right
Sofa delivered (package stated (chaise to the right) however when we started to assemble we realised they’d sent chaise to the left.
Not only that, there was a massive rip in the back of a headrest, and the bottom was all buckled.

I opened a case on their Customer Care department... only to get a reply back that ‘we had obviously damaged it’

You can’t call them as nobody picks up, and their social media pages have now blocked me as I was trying to contact them by posting pictures of the €450 piece of crap they sent us
Posted my concern on TrustPilot

I’m now sofaless & €450 worse off

Disgusting company
Avoid avoid avoid

not sure if there is still a facebook page for complaints but it would be worth a look. It is in Spanish so if you don´t speak it, you will need to translate it. My wife ordered an item that arrived broken, filled out the complaints proceedure 3 times and then offered to put a denuncia on them.
3 days later received an email, 24 hours later received a new item. 3 weeks late, still waiting for the broken one to be collected......

Never heard of them but can't you claw your money back from your bank? I have had to do this on 2 occasions when products sent didn't match descriptions

We used the OMIC dept at Pilar de la Horada as no Town Halls local to us still had this dept and didn't want to go to Orihuela. Didn't know if they would help as we were out of their area but they couldn't have been more helpful and we were very successful thanks to them.
