Thanks to Doug for this report received last night and for contacting the police on behalf of the owners.
"Have to report two burglaries in avda Rio Ebro in the Atalayas. Two holiday homes, one house was entered by taking out the window grill and the window. The owner is abroad so don't know what if anything was taken.
The other house two doors away was entered by forcing the locks on the gate and front door. This house was ransacked but nothing taken. This second house was burgled on Tuesday night, don't know when the other house was burgled. I found out about these burglaries this evening (Thursday). Nobody had reported these to the police. I called the police and two Guardia attended and entered the empty house. They secured this house as far as possible and took details from the other owner."
