From:Pat Phillips - Rojales Neighbourhood Watch

Thanks to Paul once more for this report received tonight. ATALAYA 14 features again.
"Sadly I need to let you know that there appears to have been an attempt to force an entry into a holiday home on Calle Rio Mino, Atalaya 14. The property in question was the target of an attempted break-in last year.
The owners arrived at their property yesterday to find that persons(s) unknown had tried to force the full height roller shutter to a bedroom located at the rear of the house. Fortunately the shutter is secured by two high quality padlocks which probably prevented the perpetrators from gaining entry.
Interestingly the attempted break-in was made despite the fact that the property is protected by an alarm system.

Hi Pat,
Any chance you could find out the alarm system type ie company or a personally installed system !
It would be good to know the company as this is something that thief’s would be looking at as some are not so good

Thanks

I asked Pat Phillips about the alarm system and she replied as follows:

Are you asking me Paul Figgs company? Or the type of alarm that the person had in the last report? Paul figg is Be Sure Alarms ...they have a website. I obviously cannot recommend or endorse this as neighbourhood watch but personally have had one of his alarms for a number of years . I am sure there are other good companies out there too.
Best wishes
Pat
