Property in Latinos

Just before the property crash around the beginning of this century I had a property at Latinos Dona Pepa 2 that was being managed by Paul Cray at Premier Properties. He disappeared and we heard nothing from him or Cam Bank which had collapsed. About 8 months ago a lawyer represented by Sabadell contacted me to say they had our property details and to clear the small loan that was outstanding on the property. I did a quick scan on Google maps and saw what appeared to be an umbrella in the front Garden. I also contacted the council in Alicante and they said I had nothing outstanding on the property. I checked with Sabadell and confirmed the property is still in my ownership. Does anyone have any advice on how I can find out if someone is living in my property? As it is in a Gated community and the whole property is shuttered I expected it to be empty. Any advice welcome...

Do you have any person living near that you are on good terms with that can go and check or If not I am in that area most day of the week pm me the details and I will have a look for you

Hi... no... been several years since I have been there... it was initially bought as an investment. I do not know anybody in the area. If you are happy to have a look I would be grateful. I will probably need to come down and check out the state of the property and the furnishings sometime soon and get the locks changed... I do not know if I still have the keys, its about 10 years now or a bit more I was last there.

Do you know who your administrator is? Ask who the president is and call them. Hopefully you've been paying your urb fees?

Hi Joyce... its number 24... it was being managed by Paul Cray of Premier Properties... not heard from him in ages and no feedback. Urb fees were paid by the tenants.
