PLEASE COME ALONG AND SUPPORT THIS CHARITY, THEY HAVE 120 HORSES/DONKEYS IN THEIR CARE AND ARE STRUGGLING TO RAISE FUNDS TO SURVIVE.

Whilst i think easycare are doing an amazing job, i am seriously concerned that they have hoarding tendencies.. Providing any prospective adopter fulfils the criteria, why are they not re-homing. This seems to have been a problem for many years and has been a concern for many former volunteers who do not agree with this constant adding of animals.

Because they do not have the legal right to rehome animals they have rescued as sometimes they can not get ownership

If you would take the time to visit the Sanctuary now, perhaps you would realise that many of the equines are unable to be rehomed because of the cruelty and neglect they have endured. My husband, who has organised this fundraiser event, visited them last week and was so shocked.......it brought him to tears and he was humbled at the amazing work that Rod and Sue and their volunteers do. The horses and donkeys are cared for so well and being from a farming/shire horse background, my husband knows his stuff.

What can they do when the Police call them to tell them of yet another poor animal that needs to be rescued. Turn it away? There is nowhere else for them to go. Simple as that. Do you know of anywhere they can go, please say! I would not call it hoarding. A rather unkind comment.

If you look on their Facebook and web page, there are horses that have been successfully rehomed where there is no contentious ownership.

So have a heart souls out there, please donate this incredible charity and donate, and if you can come along and support us on Saturday.

I look forward to your donation to pay for the event speaker,,,good idea thank you we have a number of events coming up we need to raise 13,754 euros to provide shelters aside from the 9.500 euros per month to run the rescue and I would very much be grateful for any support that you can give. Also we are looking for volunteers to run tours around the Rescue centre.... an ideal job for an event speaker if there are any volunteers.....I am afraid we have no money to pay anyone. We are all volunteers,,but any help would be appreciated. We are also looking for volunteers to help with general duties daily around the centre if anyone is interested please contact us via our sites.

We have only 8000 euros to survive given by the authorities per year ,,this does not cover even one month of costs!

There is a Fashion show at Hotel Playamarina2 Cabo Roig next Saturday the 25th November from Midday with designer clothes from Jacob Richtkopf and Frank Lyman at marvellous discounted prices with live music and a raffle all in aid of Easy horsecare hope to see you there.
Also on the 17th of December at 2pm there is a fundraiser at La Teteina,La Marina with live music ,,raffle all in aid of Easy Horsecare ,,thankyou
