I read somewhere yesterday that you were only allowed to travel individually unless you were accompanying someone with disabilities.

On the BOE document after listing where you can travel to, article 7, h, it states; any other activity of a similar nature that must be done individually, unless accompanied by people with disabilities or for other justified cause.

I’m confused. Does it mean we can only travel individually?

I see people out walking on the Paseo Maritimo in Torrevieja. As long as you are not driving somewhere to go for a walk then going out for a walk is perfectly permissable both for your physical and mental health.

Remember though that the lockdown doesn't start until 8am tomorrow (Monday 16 March) - so whatever you see today may not be allowed tomorrow so please check first.

I wish I knew for sure if we can go for a walk. Conflicting information on this. Let's face it if we don't walk for 15 days, apart from round the house, we are going to lose our fitness.

Our neighbours have just had friends turned away from the arches by policia.
They were asked why they were coming into Quesada and as they never lived here were told to turn around and go home so looks like some enforcements are in place already.

Well , much as I don't like this and I can't see how it will help anyone other than to make people less fit, less mobile and less healthy, the answer apparently is NO . According to the Police in Los Montesinos. People are not allowed to go out running, they are not allowed to go out cycling, they are not allowed to go out walking, even if alone. Only to undertake essential tasks.
See this screen shot for the Local Montesinos Police facebook page.

Will just have to start walking up and down stairs as much as possible ...
