Hi all

We are coming to Rojales next week and wondering what to expect? In the Rojales/Quesada/Benijofar area, are most bars / restaurants open now ? Banks. supermarkets, are masks compulsory?

Thanks

Nearly all shops are open. Some banks and government offices require a phone appointment first. Most bars and restaurants are also open and you need a face mask to enter but not when seated.
As from today, face masks are compulsory in all places regardless of the social distance rule. You must wear a mask when out of your home except on beaches and around swimming pools.

I was amazed that when I visited a bar near Dona Pepa a couple of weeks ago, that the bar staff were not wearing masks, you had to stand at the bar to order a drink (no social distancing) and that the tables were all crammed up together with no spacing.

Surely this wasn't in line with Government advice at the time. All the shops i visited had signs outside requesting masks were worn and hand sanatiser was used before entering.

Oh, and the cider we were served was flat.
