France and Spain Border Closures

The Daily Telegraph reported that France has closed its borders with Spain due to the increase in CV-19 cases reported.
None of the Spanish press is reporting this but do state that France will decide today whether borders should be closed.
I'll keep an eye out for any press releases but there's been nothing on Spanish TV news.
The Telegraph has now changed its report to "France is considering closing borders with Spain". Probably some cub reporter misreading the printouts.

4 days ago Macron said this already. The Belgian-Dutch News reported that Macron will close if the figures rise...

4 days ago the French PM said he would meet with the Spanish tourism to discuss the situation.
The decision will be made today but it appears the Telegraph jumped the gun a bit.

France has not closed its borders with Spain. It has issued a strong advisory not to travel to Catalonia due to the outbreaks there.
The French PM, Jean Castex, has said the degraded health situation there makes it advisory not to travel and that the French authorities would ensure travel between Catalonia and France is as "limited as possible".
No announcements about any other transit.

I heard from Norweigans tonight that they will have to quarantine for 2 weeks when they return, that's just been announced today. They said on the 16th Norway said yes go to Spain no problem and now its quarantine when they go back. They also said 2 planes are landing later one at 11.50pm and the other at 12.10am, so one lot will not quarantine and the other will. Think the pilot might be putting his foot a bit heavy on the pedal tonight!

Stop making people scared, Macron wil NOT CLOSE but recommends French citizens NOT to travel to Catalonië, and that’s it!
