Hi
I have been out of touch for a while due to illness not Covid.

I am 70 and a resident and was trying to find out some information about when the vaccine will be available for my agae group.

I did contact my local health centre and just got the shrug of shoulders not very helpful.

Stay safe everyone.

Over 80’s and teachers being jabbed at the moment. According to information.es Valencia are hoping for bigger supplies to come through in April and in municipalities of over 10, 000 will be setting up vaccination centres so that should hopefully speed things up a bit.

Hi don't forget to make sure your contact details are up to date at the health centre, they will call you when it's your turn :)

Jorel I have on good authority that over 70s are starting to be called this week and any over 80s need to come forward as they probably have been missed, fingers crossed maybe Germany will let me have those British vaccines they don’t want

That’s strange as in our region they’ve only vaccinated about 54% of the over 80s so I wouldn’t have thought they’d have started the 70s yet but good news if they’re getting quicker

Thanks everyone. Thats good news. I have been very careful not to catch the virus. My other half is stuck in Ukraine caring for her elderly mother for the last year.
We will meet up again later this year we hope.

Hapy days ahead lets hope.

The vaccine programme here us just so slow and lacking in clarity and information.
I understand supplies are an issue, but the lack of any form of local updates or information is astounding.
