Any info on where to use a drone

There is a model aeroplane club between Rojales & Guardamar. I guess you could ask them.
Go along the old Guardamar road - bootm end of golf course, turn right & keep going.
Out in the campo near Guardamar, you come across a turning to the right, & its up there - has a sign up.
But I don't know of restrictions otherwise.
There was a case back in January where a local Spanish girl flew her new one she'd had for Christmas in the carpark - Thursday market place - & it got caught by the wind & disappeared, so they were asking if anyone had seen it.
