Loads of new names with old ones closing. The De Bassus in the town centre closed and became D'Artagnans which closed and became a Japanese sushi and hibachi type place (but still serves pork chops and chicken). The Bistro by the tobacco shop closed and is now a Chinese restaurant called Chef Zhuan (or something like that). Claptons' closed and became Monos which was then taken over and became Clapton's again.
The Quesada Boulevard is being extended and the work in the high street is quite disruptive but should be good when it's finished. Rumours abound about the centre being pedestrianised but they've been going round for a few years now.
You've got the first round of the Quesada festival starting on Sunday with a bit paella in the town centre and then four days the following week with discos, parades, fireworks and so on.
Have a good month.

The Old Don Carlos is spreading along the high street and spilling onto the road and it's one of the few places left that has music audible outside.

I'm lead to believe that he has a good supply of manilla envelopes which he puts to good use!

Quesada main street is NOT being pedestrianized..

In Benimar II the Wild West bar has now gone kaput.. only one there now is the Welcome Inn... (was Charmers)..

And in Rojales the old Bar Rio/Espina/Antonios/Despina has closed yet again...

..
