With the family-visiting season well upon us, does anyway have any information on the various Aquaparks in the area. The one in Torrevieja, past Habenaras works out costly as everything is charged as an extra, but I'm finding it difficult to get CURRENT information about the one at Rojales or Flamingo Aquapark at La Siesta. Can anyone help please?

Hi Ozzymandus. All I know is that it opens up in June and shuts in early September. Our children and their children have been a couple of times and it is good for the money. It cost around than a tenner and there are enough rides to keep young teenagers busy. A good day out.

Hi Ozzy,

I think these must be the current prices of the one at La Siesta as it says it opened on Sunday 3rd June and the 3rd was a Sunday this year - http://www.aquaparkflamingo.com/atracciones.html - unless they have left the 'old' prices on.

I wish these websites would put a year date on, when they update their information, so people can see if it's up to date (or not!)....too easy!

I think the one in Quesada is open from the 1st week in June through till end of September. Although not the biggest Water Park we have always enjoyed it with plenty of big slides and a good infants pool area.

Just make sure you take a cool box - the prices for food and drink inside were scary!!

The one in Quesada is open. Get there early and take a picnic, lots of shade and all in all, a good day out. Price wise I dont know but if you are near by there is a big sign outside it.I think it opens at 11am, again look on the board. The one at La Siesta is always empty when I go by., but its not as good as the one at Quesada.I have not been but this what friends tell me.
