Hi Phil,
I have a bike, but I've not long had it brought over from England. I've only just insured it this week, so not had much chance to go far- today was my first long-ish ride. I joined the Rawhiders but have not been able to make a run yet.

There are other clubs around (the heavy variety) if that's your thing ;)

Are you bringing a UK bike over with you?

You might be relatively ok with a '99 but I'm no expert :? I'm told that anything pre-99 (like my 98 Triumph) is a nightmare as it doesn't have a type approval number on the V5.

It's a bit of a minefield and you get different advice from different people, even some of the experts I've spoken to have given contradictory info.

I think unless you speak Spanish you are going to want to employ someone to assist. Matt at One Way Services comes highly recommended and his charges are very reasonable.
