On Saturday we went for a meal, just off the cuff nothing special. Popped into Benimar parked in the new car park, super. Then strolled across the road to our usual coffee haunt. This was full of people watching football and enjoying their beer. No Prob, so we went next door to The Parkside Restaurant., first visit for us but we were so impressed. Service was great and the menu is really good. My husband had Rump Steak which was so tender, I had a piece. I do not usually eat red meat. I had a chicken curry which was also so tender and plenty of meat
with a delicious sauce. Could not resist pudding. Chocolate Gateaux yummy. The red house wine was smooth, delicious.
Why not give this eating place a try.
So much work has gone into this new place, the kitchen is superb with a chef who comes and aks you if all is OK.
Could not ask for more.

We were in there Saturday evening, service and food excellent and very reasonably priced, 4 of us and all enjoyed our meals, we will defiantly go again.

So glad you went and had a good evening. Sometimes I hesitate to recommend as it could go wrong. We have been back for snacks also, same feeling about the joint, LOVE IT.
