Each time we've been out the chef cooks her gluten free food, except in Chinese restaurants where they don't seem to be able to do that. I will caveat that with the Banana Tree seems to know what she wants and only gives her gluten free dishes.

Posted: Thu Mar 02, 2017 4:18 pm222 Italian down near La Laguna Hotel did gluten free pasta dishes for me. Also restaurant next to Don Carlos on main Street quesada. Just ask. Also Spanish bar Lizarran next to Spanglish bar Dona Pepa does gluten free tapas. Again just ask.
