Wok Asian Buffet - Near Consum Supermarket & Lidl's
7.95 euro Adults - 5.95 euro Children
Open from 1pm to midnight.
Went to the Wok last night and as always it was good. We tend to go there once a week while we are in Quesada. The standards of service have never dropped. Although it is self-service for food, the staff are very attentive & super friendly. We have been going there since it opened and nearly all the staff including the Wok chef are the original staff which, I believe, says a lot for the place.
There is no need to book (unless you have a large party I suppose) and although it is quite often busy, the place is big and we find the only time we've had to wait for a table has been in the early evening meal times at the height of summer and then it's never been very long.
For those (and there can't be many) who have never tried it, there is soup & a starter buffet with everything you can imagine from a Chinese style restaurant including Sushi and also some Indian style dishes and chips (if you must )
You can continue eating from the many buffet dishes or have the main course Wok buffet, which is also self service but is cooked for you. There is every kind of meat & fish ( pork, Beef steak, chicken, white fish, salmon, mussels, king prawns etc ) and a large selection of vegetables. You choose your raw meat & raw vegetables, take these to the Wok chef where he cooks them with your choice of sauce (there's a board above the Wok chef area with all the choices available). He then places them on a clean plate for you, freshly cooked from the Wok.
The puddings are many - including fresh fruit (and chinese fruits), cakes, profiteroles, ice cream, mousses..and more.
Even the 'not mad on Chinese food' people, like me, will find something they like.
