Bung in the chicken, the lamb or the beef or pork...Roast..don't let em dry out...!
Serve up with roast or mashed potatos, cabbage, carrots, peas, broccolli...whatever.. and dowse liberally with good old gravy...bisto style , oxo, bovril...
Salt and pepper...good to go..
Like they do it at the Emerald Isle!!
Starters or desserts optional..as are beverages!
