Do you really want eat a baby piglet that has been dragged off it`s mothers teats and roasted..?

Posted: Mon Sep 02, 2019 9:17 pmI’ve not seen it on a menu. I’d think that, possibly, it’s a dish you’d find around Christmas, in a Spanish restaurant. I’ve tried to cook it twice in a wood fired oven and ended up burning the skin both times.

Posted: Mon Sep 02, 2019 9:36 pmEl Meson de la Cost in Torrevieja on the sea front a little up from El Muelle does a great suckling pig.
Not the cheapest of places but the rib steaks and seafood combos are also well worth it for a special night out.
