Shared one with friends last Christmas, was mouthwatering watching it on the rotissary and the crackling was to die for.

Mondo excepted do let the rest us know if you do find a restaurant with it on the menu, always looking for new places to eat.

I’ve not seen it on a menu. I’d think that, possibly, it’s a dish you’d find around Christmas, in a Spanish restaurant. I’ve tried to cook it twice in a wood fired oven and ended up burning the skin both times.

If you do find it on a menu somewhere, please share.

El Meson de la Cost in Torrevieja on the sea front a little up from El Muelle does a great suckling pig.
Not the cheapest of places but the rib steaks and seafood combos are also well worth it for a special night out.
