We went for Menu del Noche and Sunday lunch and the meals are excellent. Plenty of it and we will definitely go back. I will speak to new owner and get them to advise you their menu deals etc. They are trying to get things organised i.e. The phone lines but they are getting there now.

We have eaten there 3 times now. New years day lunch, (party of 12 and the roast lamb and trimmings was lovely. Best mint gravy ever.)

Second visit was a light lunch, which was burgers with proper home cut chips and the last visit was burns night supper. Proper haggis with tatties and neeps, plus a wee dram and a man in a skirt to entertain us.

I would highly recommend a visit to Chryselios. The new owners (Brian & Lisa) are doing a stirling job, so much so that if you want a sunday lunch you have to book.

Its a great place to soak up the winter sun in the afternoon and the icing on the cake, it now has wifi, so I can still pretend to work!!

We are not due over until June but does anyone know if they are going to have Saturday night entertainment like the last owners as I use to book our table via email?

I will be popping in today so will ask Brian to contact Jan to update information. They've not long had a phone and internet, was a problem keeping same number which they needed to do but all ok now. A new chef joined them on Monday and I've heard that the food (even though very good) is now even better, I'll be sampling soon. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, a tribute to both Brian and Lisa. No live entertainment as yet but as the summer comes in they hope to have the licenses in place.
