Security window grills

Having seen several robberies recently i now realise that the window grills fitted on old Quesada houses are not cemented in very securely, anybody know of a company that makes Strong Grills & can fit them securely in the walls so that they cannot be Jacked out.

Grilles need to be bolted right through the walls and anchored into a metal plate so thy can not be jacked out, Its no use just drilling a hole and putting a Rawlplug in

I have heard that sometimes the sods just put a chain through them and attach the chain to a car and pull the things off causing mega problems...
Better to prevent them from picking on you in the first place. The Neighbourhood Watch website has good advice on this
