Thanks Jan. I've recently sold my parents' house in Spain, so this was something I discussed with Abaco yesterday. During our conversation, I asked how much they charge to draw up a Will; the total cost is Eu 180 per person, with the Will written in both English and Spanish, and Notarised. This is exactly the same service we received from our solicitors - but it cost us Eu 300 each!

Thanks.

Abaco don't advertise with us or sponsor the forum in case anyone wonders (Wish they did lol) but I have always found their information helpful and easy to understand. That's why I often put their information sheets on the forum to hopefully help others who need this kind of advice.
I retained them for my Fiscal dealings too when we bought our property and they are always on hand for free advice when needed. I find their website the best around for info.
