If it is not faulty then you can return it within 14 days.
Regardless of the bad press Carrefour gets, I did return something a while back and they took it back with no quibbles after well over 2 weeks had passed. Mind you, I did smile.

If you bougth online in Carrefour you have 15 days to return (like any another website in Europe). You have the rules on the next link https://www.carrefour.es/ayuda/mas-info/#p59
If you bougth on Carrefour shop they admit return anything (but underwear and something else) 15 days after you bought it (I think it is a month , you should check).
Another thing is about garanty, you have 2 years like in every shop arround Europe with exceptions of the parts because the tear because is being used (Examples bateries has 6 months. A filters or tyres of a car has no garanty because the use).
